When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

Puerto Morelos is one of the most beautiful places to stay when you are in Quintana Roo. To be honest I personally recommend to visit Puerto Morelos in general in summer (May, June and July) holidays and also you can visit us in December, January and Apri

I will be arriving on the 9th of Feb. Is there a refrigerator and and bottom floor entrance? MHE

Yes we do have a little refrigerator and our rooms are located on a second floor.

Do you accept American Express cards for payment?

No unfortunately we don't but we hope soon.

Is this unit located directly on the beach?

No unfortunately not, but we do have some rooms with sea view.

Hi Sue, it’s not an extra charge for sheets and towels it’s and extra charge for a cleaning services, but it only when you ask for it. Not need it to pay obligatory.

How much is parking ?

We don't have any extra charge for parking, because our parking is on the street, so we can't even charge for it.

What would you highlight about Villas Valentina
Good
The hotel is located close to the central part of this coastal city with many restaurants around. The bed is just enormous and quite comfy. The rooms are also spacious equipped with fridge and a smart tv with netflix.
When we arrived we were first asked to pay before we were showed the room. The room we got had an outstanding view of a big concrete wall so we asked for a better one as advertised on photos. They refused to give us one claiming that the ones with better view are in repair. Lady showed us a room on a higher level which costed extra. Since we already paid and could not report this to booking we decided to take the room for extra money. This hotel is quite noisy - I have a sensitive hearing so I was annoyed by constant and quite loud bumps, cracks, pops. As if someone was kicking the wall from other side for 24h. The pool machine on the top floor sometimes gives a very loud slam and can wake you up in the night. Not to mention other guests - you can hear them pretty well. There is no room service - it's paid extra.

My go-to place from now on in Puerto Morelos!
The bartender and wait staff were entertaining and very nice. The rooftop pool deck has a gorgeous view of the jungle and the ocean. The room is very comfortable and so is the bed.
The morning I was leaving there was no water. That was an inconvenience but of the sixth places I've stayed in in Mexico in the last 2 weeks none of them had good plumbing. And it was probably the city working on the water. It's okay. It's not always going to be perfect everywhere you go. Just expect when you're in Mexico that things might not work exactly the same as in the states unless you're in one of those fancy resorts and still there's no guarantee. Just go with it and have fun. And the staff will have fun with you

What would you highlight about Villas Valentina
Wonderful
Firstly the staff and owner are honest, genuine, friendly and helpful. Then there is lovely modern decor in the room which is well appointed with main and bedside lights both sides, fridge coffee machine, Aircon and comfortable bed. There is an excellent view from rooftop garden for sunrise over the sea and reef and sunset over the trees. The room was very comfortable, and quiet. There is a great fish restaurant downstairs. The hotel is in a very central position without being noisy from music or bars, but close to the shops and beach.
Just small things. It would be nice if the jacuzzi pool sprays worked although its still a great pool to dip in under the stars. Also a sign on the street would make it easier to find the accommodation for people like me who miss the prearrival message, or taxi drivers coming to pick up.
